The Position : The Administrative and Finance Associate (AFA) positions are located in the Provincial Offices in Butwal and Dhangadhi, and supports the operations of the provincial offices as an extension of the Operations Team. The AFA supports the UNFPA team at the province and local level by performing a range of administrative and financial processes and facilitating effective programme management and oversight with respect to operations. 

Under the direct supervision of the Head of Provincial Office, the Admin/Finance Associate is responsible for : 

• Provision of effective and efficient administrative and operational support services. Provision of accurate accounting and financial management support. 

• Provision of effective programme management support.

1 Microbiologist - (One) 1 - M.Sc. Medical Microbiology from recognized institute or university and registered in NHPC with experience of 2-3 years in the same field. Should be efficient in staining techniques. Should have sound knowledge of media preparation, culture technique (bacterial, fungal) and antimicrobial susceptibility testing. Candidates with Medical mycology will be given preference. 

2 BMLT - 1 (One) - Bachelor of science and medical Lab Technology/Bsc.MLT from recognized institute or university and registered in NHPC. Experience candidates will be given preferences 

3 Outreach Coordinator -1 (One) - Bachelor in Health Care Management (BHCM) from recognized institute/University, preference will be given to experience candidates 

4 Project Supervisor - 1 (One) - Bachelor in Health Care Management (BHCM) or Bachelor in Public Health from recognized institute/University, preference will be given to experience candidates 

5 IT Associates - 1 (One) -  BIT or BCA from recognized institute/University, preference will be given to experience candidates in related field. 

Age limit for Microbiologist is above 21 and below 40 years. And age limit for BMLT, Outreach Coordinator, Project Supervisor and IT Associates is above 18 and below 35 years.
